We prefer not to connect specific projects to our valued clients so that you can be sure that what work we do with you will remain confidential. However, we can tell you of some of the activities and assignments that we have conducted and which will provide an indication of our scope of professional services. The following assignments comprise examples of some of the services that we have presented to our domestic and international client base.

  • Design and facilitation of an applied learning, management and leadership program for the top echelon of managers of an international professional services firm. The original program that was established in 2001 has undergone several iterations and has continued to attract participants from the UK, Asia, Australia, New Zealand and South America.
  • Executive meeting design and facilitation for resources organisations in the Hunter Valley of NSW.
  • Coaching of Personal Branding DNA™ coaching with clients from a range of private, public and NFP organisations.
  • Research and writing of a series of company specific case studies for a leading financial services organisation. The cases formed the basis of a management and leadership program that is now conducted throughout Australia, and in the United Kingdom, the United States and South America.
  • Design, facilitation and management of a number of one-week residential programs for senior managers and executives of one of Australia’s leading insurance companies.
  • The design and facilitation of a Philanthropic Teambuilding© partnership which was recognised through the Prime Minister’s Award of Excellence for small business and community partnerships.
  • The research and design of a talent management and succession strategy planning process for one of Australia's leading insurance companies and a leading not-for-profit organisation in the health sector.  In addition, ongoing advice has been provided to a global manufacturer and distributor in the health services industry.
  • The design and delivery of our tertiary accredited Executive Development Program for an international manufacturing organisation, and a major player in the financial services sector.
  • Design and conduct of two international study tours through the United States, United Kingdom and Europe.
