In the mid 1990s, Denis Bourke and his close colleague Mark Robilliard constructed the first of what was to become a continuously evolving approach to learning and development that has transcended cultures, industries, geographic boundaries, age and gender.  Everyone finds the CED approach easily accessible because we:
